Return Policy

At MELVORA, we value your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided our strict conditions are met. All returns must be reported within this timeframe to support@melvora.co.uk. Please carefully review the rules and costs outlined below.


Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return via support@melvora.co.uk. The return parcel must be received by us within these 14 days. Any returns received after this period will be automatically rejected unless otherwise stated by law.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and without any signs of damage or wear, unless you can provide proof that the item arrived in that condition.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility.

  • MELVORA does not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your order and place a new one at your own cost.

  • All returns are thoroughly inspected. If an item does not meet our strict criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and withhold any refund.


Refund Options

Original Payment Method:
After your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing may take up to 6 weeks after receipt at our warehouse, depending on our internal procedures and your payment provider. Administrative fees may be deducted to cover processing costs, in accordance with applicable laws.


Exchanges

MELVORA does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following our return policy and place a new order. Product availability is not guaranteed, and any additional shipping fees are your responsibility.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@melvora.co.uk, including clear photos and a detailed description. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions. However, return shipping costs remain your responsibility. You must first provide sufficient proof for us to assess your claim.


Exclusions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear (including socks) for hygiene reasons, unless unused and in original, unopened packaging.

  • Perfumes where the plastic seal has been broken, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items received after the 14-day withdrawal period, unless a legal extension applies.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or washed, unless this was reported at the time of delivery and can be proven in writing.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are $30 USD and are your sole responsibility. These costs may vary depending on the carrier and your country. Due to high sales volume, we operate a warehouse in China. As such, any VAT, customs duties or fees incurred during return shipping are also your responsibility.

You must provide a valid return tracking number in order for us to process your return and issue a refund. Without valid proof of tracked shipment (track & trace), we will not be able to proceed.


Return Processing

All returns are carefully processed. Once your return is received at our warehouse, inspection and handling may take up to 2 weeks. If approved, the refund may take up to an additional 6 weeks, depending on your payment method. We do not offer expedited processing. Any delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control.
