Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.

Credit card and PayPal information is always encrypted during transfer over secure networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, its use, or access to the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more complete or timely sources. This site may contain historical information that is not current and is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents at any time but have no obligation to update any information. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.


Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices of our products may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

Order cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing an order by contacting support@melvora.co.uk. After this period, we reserve the right to deny cancellations.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any changes, price adjustments, suspensions or discontinuation of the Service.


Section 5 – Products or Services

Certain products or services may be exclusively available online through the website and may have limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy detailed in Section 6.

Tracking information is provided after a dispatch period of 6–7 business days. We use local tracking numbers where possible, including for PayPal transactions, to comply with their policies.

We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect them precisely.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region or jurisdiction and to limit quantities. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


Section 6 – Billing Accuracy, Account Information and Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, payment method or delivery address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update them (including email address, card numbers and expiry dates) so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

Returns Policy:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return by contacting support@melvora.co.uk. After this period, we do not accept returns.

Return shipping fees ($30 USD) are the responsibility of the customer. The return process may take 3 to 4 weeks, followed by a 2-week inspection period by MELVORA. If approved, refunds may take up to 6 weeks.

Products with missing or damaged tags or visible wear (unless proven to have arrived in that condition) will not be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to determine whether the product is in its original condition. If signs of wear or use are present, no refund will be issued.


Section 7 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. Your use of these tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Any new features or tools are also subject to these Terms.


Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Content, products or services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and will not be liable for any damages or losses related to them.


Section 9 – User Comments, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit any comments, suggestions or materials (“Comments”), whether solicited or not, we may use, edit or publish them without restriction. We are not obliged to treat them as confidential, provide compensation, or respond.

We aim to reply to questions or comments within 4 hours via support@melvora.co.uk.

You warrant that your Comments will not infringe on third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful content. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove Comments.


Section 10 – Taxes and Import Duties

Our products are shipped directly from international suppliers to you (the “Customer”) under our dropshipping model. As such, our prices do not include VAT or import duties. The Customer is fully responsible for paying VAT, import duties or any other taxes imposed by local authorities upon receiving the product. MELVORA accepts no liability for these costs or for delays caused by customs procedures.


Section 11 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

The content on our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g. in product descriptions, pricing, or availability). We reserve the right to correct any such errors, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.


Section 12 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate rights, upload harmful code, send spam, or bypass security features. Any violation may result in termination of your access.


Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your own risk and is provided “as is”.

MELVORA, including our directors, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

You agree to indemnify MELVORA and our affiliates against any third-party claims or demands (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.


Section 15 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and in effect.


Section 16 – Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us. We may terminate the agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements.


Section 18 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Amsterdam.
