Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

We handle and dispatch all orders with the utmost care. Tracking information is provided after a processing period of 6 to 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your parcel. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery address and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.


3. Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping offers may occasionally be available during promotional periods. These will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process when applicable.


4. Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return by contacting us at support@melvora.co.uk. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return shipping costs are $30 USD (or the equivalent in euros) and are the responsibility of the customer. Return processing may take 3 to 4 weeks, followed by a 2-week inspection period. Once approved, the refund may take up to an additional 6 weeks.


5. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted unless you can prove that the product arrived in that condition.


6. Taxes and Customs Duties

Our prices are exclusive of VAT and customs duties. The customer is responsible for any applicable local taxes and customs charges imposed upon delivery by the relevant authorities.
